12 Step Cleaning Process
Step 1: INSPECTION: Our technician will do a thorough walk through of your home or business with you to do a visual inspection of the carpet. He or she will identify potential and permanent stains, and also listen to any concerns you may have.
Step 2: FURNITURE MOVING: We will move most furnishings.
Items that Carpet 911 will move:
- Sofa and Loveseat
- Recliner and Chairs
- Coffee and End Tables
- Dining Chairs
Items that Carpet 911 will not move:
- Entertainment Consoles
- China Hutches
- King or Queen Size Beds
- Dressers that are oversized and weighted
- Pianos and Grandfather Clocks
- Antique Furniture
Step 3: COMMERCIAL PRE-VACUUM: A HEPA filter commercial vacuum is used to Remove as much dry soil as possible. This step is very crucial because it will improve the cleaning process.
Step 4: HOME PROTECTION: We place corner guards on the walls to protect them from our VAC Hose. We also place runners on your wood floors to make sure that they are not damaged in any way.
Step 5: PRE-SPRAY: A hypoallergenic pre-conditioner is applied to all the carpeted areas to emulsify and break down the soils for a thorough cleaning.
Step 6: AGITATION: This process is used to work in the pre-condition and suspend the soils for a better extraction.
Step 7: RINSE AND EXTRACT: Using our truck mounted equipment, the carpets are thoroughly flushed and rinsed of all contaminants.
Step 8: NEUTRALIZER: An acidic rinse is used to balance the pH in the carpet and to remove all residues leaving the carpets soft and fresh.
Step 9: SPEED DRY: Extra dry passes are done to assure rapid drying time along with high velocity air movers to help speed up the drying process.
Step 10: POST-INSPECTION: Our technician will walk through the home or business with you to make sure that you are completely satisfied with the services that was performed.
Step 11: FIBER PROTECTOR: After cleaning a protector is re-applied to the carpet to repel soils and spills and to prevent fiber damage.
Step 12: POST-GROOM: Your carpet is professionally groomed so that the piles are left standing. This also helps in the drying process of the carpet.
